We are tsp Bakeshop
The Bakeshop is a place where you can sit and enjoy a conversation with a friend over a freshly baked scone or croissant and a cup of coffee.
Owner Melissa Nissen was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. She earned her Culinary Arts degree from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, taught there for four and a half years, then came home. Melissa has experience in all things culinary and finally landed where her heart is — the pastry field. She purchased tsp Bakeshop in November 2016 and has been bringing smiles to pastry lovers ever since.
We specialize in French patisserie classics, but there is very little we can't do — and our team is always up for a challenge.
How a custom order works
Four steps, no guesswork
Tell us what you're planning
Fill out the custom cake or wedding questionnaire. It takes about three minutes and covers everything we need to quote accurately.
We reply with a quote
Usually within two business days, with pricing, serving counts and a couple of design directions.
Taste and finalize
For weddings we schedule a tasting. For everything else we lock in flavors, colors and the pickup date.
Pick up or we deliver
Collect it at the shop, or we deliver and set up on site for weddings and larger events.
